Peace of mind means a great deal but the actual physical safety of you and your loved ones is the ultimate goal. Whenever I am invited to a customer's home for an assessment I seek to understand their desires and their concerns. I have found that knowing their short and long-term plans with the property is tremendously important. I look at the situation as if it were myself and my family living there and I consider what course of action I would pursue under those circumstances.
 

My decades of experience guide what advice I offer. Sometimes there is no cause for concern and I can give their trees a clean bill of health. Sometimes I can offer them a direction that would be more beneficial to them (and their pocketbook) and I do so freely.
